Our goal is to reduce friction in the healthcare process while maintaining clear medical standards, patient privacy, and appropriate escalation when virtual care is not the right fit.
CloudCare Medical focuses on building physician-led virtual care experiences that are easy to start, easy to understand, and supported by a responsive team.
When appropriate, our physicians provide individualized care plans, follow-up guidance, referrals, specialist consultation, or in-person medical evaluation.
CloudCare Medical is developing multiple virtual care pathways, including general virtual care, virtual skin assessments through Virtual Derm Clinic, and future physician-supervised health programs.
Some concerns may still require in-person assessment, urgent care, emergency care, or specialist evaluation. If this is recommended, patients will be guided toward the appropriate next step.
